Are you ready for a disaster?
2018.09

Various disasters are occurring everywhere in Japan as a major disaster country every year. It is needless to say that each evacuation center plays an important role in the event of a disaster. In each evacuation shelf, food supplies and drinking water, as well as necessities for daily necessities (such as aluminum blankets and toilet kits) are deployed as stockpiles for initial response. In addition, there are facilities such as base stockpiling warehouse and decentralized stockpiling warehouse, food and drinking water and equipment and equipments are maintained, and it is supposed to be transported to each evacuation center according to the number of evacuees.
In Chiba City, the evacuation centers seem to be deploying the following quantity (depending on the number of correspondents) as a common stockpile.

Food Alfa rice 50 meals, alpha rice porridge rice porridge 50 - 200 meals, crackers 210 - 1,050 meals
Drinking water 500 ml PET 360 to 1,152 bottles
120-240 aluminum blankets
64 to 304 sanitary articles, 200 masks, 250 toothpick sets, 12 rolls of toilet paper, 296 disposable diapers, 100 portable toilets, 30 floor mats and 30 simple air mats each
Other radio with light, generator, partition set, toilet, garbage bag, armband, megaphone etc.

However, when disasters occurred, there seems to be excess or shortage of relief supplies at evacuation centers. As stated above, the quantity that can be secured at evacuation centers is limited, and the goods to be transported from the stock warehouse are needed, but it is not clear what "is", "what", "how many" There seems to be a case. Some of you may have seen a scene where stockpile warehouses are covered with weeds. Each municipality that carries out disaster response practices has the problem recognition, but has no current countermeasure.
